David J. Laing is joining Crowell & Moring to partner its Antitrust Group. Laing was formerly a partner at Baker & McKenzie; he was also a former trial attorney in the DOJ Antitrust Division. Laing’s areas of expertise include U.S. and international merger filings and clearances, and antitrust civil litigation.
