Delta ordered by District Judge to pay legal fees and costs for withholding documents

U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten has ordered Delta to pay plaintiffs’ legal fees and costs because Delta wrongly withheld 60,000 documents from a lawsuit alleging collusion with AirTran. The documents were later discovered in the midst of a DOJ probe. The lawsuit claims a conspiracy to charge $15 to check the first bag for a flight.
