Denmark: DSV gets final antitrust OK for UTi Worldwide buy

Danish transport company DSV said Wednesday that it has received the final antitrust approval required to complete its previously announced acquisition of UTi Worldwide Inc.

South African antitrust approval has now been obtained and the company said the transaction is expected to close on 22 January, 2016.

Upon completion of the transaction, each ordinary share of UTi Worldwide will be converted into the right to receive a cash payment of $7.10, without interest.
