The DOJ has announced that it filed a notice to dismiss the Deutsche Börse-NYSE Euronext lawsuit and proposed settlement, given that the two exchanges no longer plan to merge. The suit was filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on December 22, 2011.
