E.U.: BASF to acquire parts of Ciech’s TDI

BASF, the world’s leading chemical company and Ciech Chemical Group, a leader in the European chemical market, announced the acquisition of parts of Ciech’s global TDI (toluene diisocyanate) business by BASF. The acquisition is subject to approval by the appropriate antitrust authorities.
