La Corte Suprema de Justicia (CSJ) de El Salvador falló a favor de la Superintendencia de Competencia (SC) de ese país en tres casos interpuestos, respectivamente, por Operadora del Sur, (firma que opera la marca Walmart en El Salvador); por el expresidente de la Asociación Nacional de la Empresa Privada (ANEP), Jorge Daboub; y por la compañía Gasolinas y Lubricantes (Gasolub) y el comerciante individual Carlos Alberto Ramírez Valiente.
