English High Court rejects Hitachi and Samsung’s request to dismiss Nokia LCD price-fixing lawsuit

The English High Court has rejected Hitachi Europe and Samsung’s attempts to have Nokia’s antitrust lawsuit thrown out on procedural grounds. In lawsuits filed in 2009, Nokia alleges that the companies had fixed the prices of LCD panels.
