España: Acusa regulador a ADASA, Schneider y Cirrus por prácticas anticompetitivas
La CNMC (Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia) ha anunciado el inicio del proceso para sancionar a ADASA SISTEMAS, S.A.U. (ADASA), SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC ESPAÑA, S.A. (SCHNEIDER) y CIRRUS SPAIN, S.L. (CIRRUS), por una posible conducta anticompetitiva, que consistiría en acuerdos o prácticas concertadas entre las empresas, supuestamente competidoras.
