La CNMC ha firmado un acuerdo de “Fomento a la Corregulación Publicitaria” junto con la Asociación para la Autorregulación de la Comunicación Comercial (AUTOCONTROL). Con él, la CNMC reconoce la utilidad del organismo y su sistema de consulta previo para la aplicación de la ley general de la Comunicación Audiovisual.
