España: CNMC no pondrá condiciones a fusión de Euskaltel y Orange, dicen analistas
La posible compra de la empresa telefónica local Euskaltel por su contraparte inglés Orange no plantearía problemas regulatorios, según comentan analistas del despacho Sabadell, ya que se mantendrían activos los cuatro operadores que la CNMC ha buscado preservar: Movistar, Vodafone, Orange y Másmóvil.
