La Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) ha multado con unos 6 millones de euros a Nissan junto a la consultora ANT, la auditora Horwath y los concesionarios A6 Iberauto, Gamboa Automoción, Ibericar Reicomsa, Nasur Motor y Santogal Automóvilesios de la marca japonesa en Madrid por pactar precios durante el período comprendido entre 2009 y 2013.
