España: Multa CNMC a Telefónica y DTS por comercialización de derechos del Fútbol
La CNMC (Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia) ha decidido sancionar con 15,5 millones de euros a Telefónica y DTS por sus acuerdos y actuación concertada en la adquisición, reventa y explotación de los derechos audiovisuales del fútbol para las temporadas 2012/2013 a 2014/2015. Las sanciones impuestas se elevan a 10 millones de euros en el caso de Telefónica y 5,5 millones en el caso de DTS. En ambos casos, las sanciones son significativamente inferiores al 1% del volumen de negocio total de estas empresas en 2014.
