La Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia ha dado inicio a un proceso contra Masmovil Ibercom por incumplir su obligación de notificar a la autoridad antes de ejecutar cualquier operación de concentración.
La CNMC autorizó, el 5 de febrero pasado, la operación de concentración entre Masmovil y las empresas Xtra Telecom, Tecnologías Integrales y The Phone House Móvil.
La resolución de la CNMC fijó a Masmovil Ibercom como responsable de notificar previamente de esta concentración. La investigación procedente al expediente sancionador no prejuzga el resultado final o la resolución, la cual será entregada en un periodo máximo de 6 meses.
