The European Commission announced that interested third parties are now welcome to approach the regulator with comments regarding IntercontinentalExchange Inc.’s proposed buyout of NYSE Euronext. Commenters will now have the next 10 days to submit observations regarding the deal. The Commission first announced in April that it would review the proposition.
