Finland: Watchdog’s investigation of Hankkija-Maatalous-DLA merger to move to second phase
The Finnish Competition Authority (FCA) has decided to commence phase two in a deal between DLA International Holdings A/S (DLA) and Hankkija-Maatalous Oy, both players in the agriculture trade market. In phase two of the investigation, the watchdog will evaluate whether the deal may significantly impact competition in the Finnish markets, by strengthening the dominant position of the two firms in the market for agricultural products.
