Former tax commissioner Rabinovitch indicted for cartel

The Tel Aviv District Prosecutor will indict former Income Tax Commissioner Yair Rabinovitch for his role in a cartel concerning the Hamashbir Lazarchan building in Tiberias. The Antitrust Authority began its probe in 2010.
