Clifford Chance announced on Wednesday that David Tayar is to join the firm’s global Antitrust practice as a partner in the Paris office.
Tayar has extensive experience in antitrust, particularly in handling first and second stage complex merger control investigations for both EU and French antitrust agencies and in coordinating multi-jurisdictional filings.
