The Federal Trade Commission seeks public comment on Healthcare Technology Holdings’ application to sell two audit businesses of SDI Health to InVentiv Health. The sale is to satisfy the terms of the FTC’s final order requiring divestiture for Healthcare Technology’s subsidiary IMS Health to acquire SDI Health. The deadline for public comment is February 27.
