FTC votes to approve LabCorp-Orchid divestiture of U.S. government paternity testing services business
The Federal Trade Commission has voted 4-0 to approve a final order settling its charges that LabCorp’s proposed acquisition of Orchid would have illegally reduced competition in the market for paternity testing provided to government agencies.
