Air purification company Systemair has received regulatory approval to acquire Menerga GmbH within Germany. Systemair originally announced the deal in late-March; Germany’s antitrust authority is how given its approval. Menerga specializes in air handling units for indoor swimming pool structures, as well as high-efficiency comfort air ventilation. Reports say the deal was finalized May 2. Fifty-three percent of Menerga’s 2012 sales originated within Germany.
