Germany/France: Perfume company Nocibe may be nearing buyout agreement

France’s perfume and cosmetics company Nocibe is reportedly up for grabs, with Germany’s Douglas closing in on the deal.

    Reports say Douglas is nearing finalization of an acquisition of the French company, reports said Friday, citing unnamed sources.

    Reports say Nocibe is valued at up to $751 million.

    Media reports that a buyout deal has not been finalized, and such an acquisition would require regulatory clearance.

    Despite the news, LBO France is reportedly also interested in acquiring Nocibe.
