Global: Last four cargo antitrust settlements take total to more than $1.2 billion

The last four settlements with defendants in a long-running air cargo antitrust case brought in 2006 against more than 30 air cargo service providers in the USA have been granted final approval by the court.

    The four were Air New Zealand, Air India, Air China and Polar Air Cargo.

    Cumulative settlements in the case are in excess of US$1.2 billion.
