Government approves increases in antitrust fines

The Knesset, Israel’s legislature, approved changes to the Restrictive Trade Practices Law that raise the maximum of antitrust fines. The Antitrust Authority will be able to impose fines of up to 8 percent of a company’s annual revenue, but capped at NIS 24 million.
