HSR waiting period expires for Fidelity’s purchase of O’Charley’s

Fidelity has announced the expiration of the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period for its tender offer of all outstanding common stock of O’Charley’s that it does not already own. Fidelity is a provider of of title insurance, mortgage services and diversified services; O’Charley’s is a restaurant company. The offer is for $9.85 per share.
