HSR waiting period over for United Rentals and RSC Holdings, but Canada wants more information
The Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period has expired for United Rentals Inc.’s acquisition of RSC Holdings Inc. However, Canada’s Competition Bureau has requested more information on the deal, which will extend the review by 30 additional days.
