AZB & Partners partner Nandish Vyas has reportedly left the firm to join his onetime colleague at a new competition boutique.
Vyas is following in the footsteps of Abhijit Joshi, who also left AZB earlier this year to establish his own law firm. Nandish and Joshi will now once again be colleagues at the boutique.
Nandish specializes in mergers and acquisitions and has often served an advisory role to the Competition Commission of India for its merger regulation.
Joshi did not comment on the news and it is unclear what role Nandish will play at the new law firm.
