A new Bench will be deciding DLF’s appeal of the Competition Commission of India’s Rs 630 crore fine. The current Chairman of the Competition Appellate Tribunal, Arijit Pasayat, will be retiring on May 9. Thus a new Bench will be deciding the case on July 18, the date of the final hearing. A new Chairman has not yet been appointed.
