India: Complaints against Lamborghini not upheld by CCI

 |  November 7, 2012

The complaint was filed as Lamborghini reportedly reserves its right to independently and directly import their own cars to India, despite an agreement made in 2005 for Exclusive Motors to import and deal the Italian cars.
