Ireland: Competition Authority will review Henry Schein/C&M Vetlink merger

Ireland’s Competition Authority will need to approve an agreed-upon buyout of C&M Vetlink by Henry Schein, Inc. Henry Schein is the world’s leading supplier of healthcare products and services to various office-based practitioners in the dental, medical and animal health fields. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. The deal will also be subject to approval by 90 percent of C&M Vetlink’s shareholders.
