The proposed acquisition of joint control of Zebra A/S, a diversified retailer, has been put forward to the Competition Authority of Ireland by Zebra A/S by EQT Partners AB via EQT VI Limited through Zebra Lux Holding SARL, an investment fund and Mitco APS, a property management company from Denmark.
