Ireland/US: Glass firm offers divestures to appease US regs

 |  September 20, 2013

Ireland-based glass firm Ardagh said Friday the company is willing to divest some operations in order to appease the US Federal Trade Commission, which filed a complaint against Ardagh last July regarding its buyout of Verallia North America glass packaging operations.
