El Al Israel Airlines has notified the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange that Israel Antitrust Authority investigators raided the offices of its charter airline subsidiary Sun D’Or.
The investigators seized documents and instructed several senior managers to accompany them to their offices for questioning.
No details were disclosed about the nature of the investigation and such information will not be forthcoming without approval of the Antitrust Authority.
However, it is believed that the investigation is related to a probe into suspected cartel price-fixing for high-school trips to Poland.
