Israel: Network sharing deal inked between Partner, Hot Mobile

Two mobile conglomerates announced a network sharing deal last Friday that sees Partner Communications Company and HOT Mobile Ltd. agreeing to a joint venture.

    Reports say the mobile operators signed the deal to last 15 years that sees the development of a cellular network shared equally by both firms.

    According to reports, the companies plan to combine their radio access network infrastructures to create a shared radio access network.

    The venture remains subject to clearance from Israel’s Antitrust Authority.
