Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners’ growth continues by widening the services offered to its corporate and financial clients with the opening of a new Antitrust Department led by Silvia D’Alberti.
Silvia D’Alberti comes from Allen & Overy, where she was a Partner for many years heading the Antitrust Department. Before landing at Allen & Overy, she worked at the Italian Antitrust Authority for five years, also as co-director of the Energy Inquiry Office. Silvia – tier 1 in Chambers and Partners’ antitrust ranking – plays a leading role both at Italian and European levels in the competition law and consumer protection sectors. She has been dealing with both practice areas for more than twenty years, regularly representing the largest Italian and international companies in inquiry proceedings related to combination transactions, understandings, abuses, unfair commercial practices in antitrust damage actions and administrative litigation.
Silvia D’Alberti will lead a team based in Rome, including professionals with high seniority, such as Fabiana Campopianoand Claudia Cattarin, who have already worked with Silvia in her past professional experience.
The new Antitrust Department adds itself to the Tax Department led by Eugenio Romita, to the Labour Department led by Lorenzo Cairo and to the IP/IT Department led by Licia Garotti, all recently created by the Firm to strengthen and complete the range of integrated legal services offered to its own clients.
