Korea: Another antitrust firm added to nation

The Korean Ministry of Justice has approved for O’Melveny & Myers to open a firm in Seoul, South Korea. This will be their 16th office. O’Melveny has represented Korean clients and corporations, often focusing on antitrust cases. Recently, the firm won a case for Asiana Airlines in the U.S., dismissing charges of antitrust violations. Another antitrust firm was recently approved to initiate workings in Seoul – Covington & Burling.
