Howard Feller has been nominated to serve as vice chair of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law. Feller is a partner in McGuireWoods’s antitrust and trade regulation practice group in Richmond, Virginia. He currently serves as the finance officer of the Section. Feller’s expertise includes antitrust litigation, antitrust counseling, antitrust merger investigations, commercial litigation, and franchising and distribution matters.
Feller’s term as vice chair will start this August. Beginning in August 2013, he will be chair-elect, and then in August 2014, he will serve as the chair of the Section.
