Mexico: CFC investigating mobile phone market

The CFC has officially opened a probe into the nation’s mobile phone sector after receiving complaints of anti-competitive behavior from the market. The competition authority refused to name specific companies or persons targeted in the investigations, nor the names of those who first issued the complaints.
