La autoridad reguladora de la competencia en México, la COFECE, anunció que Los anteproyectos “Decreto por el que se reforma y adiciona el Reglamento de la Ley de Aeropuertos” y las “Bases Generales para la Asignación de Horarios de Aterrizaje y Despegue en Aeropuertos en Condiciones de Saturación”, elaborados por la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT), contienen elementos potencialmente negativos para la competencia en la industria de la aviación en el país.
