New Boutique Antitrust Practice In Portugal

Sousa Ferro & Associados opened its doors in Portugal this week. Sousa Ferro & Associados is a Competition, Regulatory, and EU Law boutique, headquartered in Lisbon.

They are specialists in obtaining compensation for persons injured by anticompetitive practices. Their strategic goal is to contribute to a revolution in the private enforcement of Competition Law, and for the improvement of the effectiveness of competition policy, with all the benefits which will result for consumers, undertakings and the economy as a whole. We will namely be geared towards the promotion of claims in defense of consumers affected by anticompetitive practices.

Beyond the antitrust private enforcement field, they aim to work with other law firms, Portuguese and foreign or international, providing specialized services, especially in the areas of antitrust, merger control, and State aid.
