New Zealand: CC reviews Bligh/Hire equipment company merger

In response to Bligh Finance Limited’s application to the Commerce Commission to acquire Hire Equipment Group Limited, the CC has released a statement of preliminary issues over competition concerns pertaining to the merger. The CC’s decision is expected near the end of December.
