A cooperation agreement between retailing giant ICA and grocery retail giant Norgesgruppen is under threat. The Norwegian Competition Authority issued a notification Tuesday warning that the authority may prohibit the agreement between the two entities. According to reports, ICA believes the agreement is in compliance with competition legislation; the company has until March 8 to respond to the notification, though the notification is not a definitive blocking of the agreement.
