The U.K. Office of Fair Trading has issued a Call For Evidence into the home insulation market. The OFT seeks comment on barriers of entry, limits on consumer choice, or artificially high prices. The Call for Evidence is prompted by submissions and consumer complaints received by the OFT, as well as its initiatives to improve energy efficiency markets.
