OP-Pohjola Group acquisition of Skandia Life approved

The Finnish Competition Authority has approved OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative’s acquisition of Skandia Life Finland’s business. OP-Pohjola Group is Finland’s leading financial services group. Skandia Life Assurance Company Ltd. is a subsidiary of Old Mutual plc, which is an international long-term savings, protection and investment group.
