Pakistan: CCP Chairperson Hassan out Thursday

The chairperson of the Competition Commission of Pakistan will leave her post on Thursday, according to the regulator. Chairperson Rahat Jaunain Hassan’s term expires July 25, 2013. Senior officials from the Finance Ministry told reporters that a top official at the CCP will take the post as acting chairperson; the three-person commission has the responsibility of filling the position officially.
