Residential concrete industry under price-fixing probe

Canada’s Competition Bureau is investigating the residential concrete forming industry to determine if companies are involved in price-fixing. In March, the watchdog raided the offices of the Residential Low Rise Forming Contractors Association of Metropolitan Toronto and Vicinity (LRFA). The Toronto Sun reports that according to a LRFA member, 11 of the Assocation’s member companies are also under investigation.
