Russia/Finland: Top Russian law firm to open M&A practice in Finland

In the first Russian law firm to do so, Capital Legal Services has reportedly launched operations in Finland as reports say the firm is looking to boost economic ties with the EU nation.

    The firm announced the new office as a way to capitalize on the “significant interest from Finnish firms which are not going to open in Russia.” Managing partner Vladislav Zabrodin added that the Russian firm’s entry into Finland follows suit with American, Japanese and Korean companies opening operations in Finland.
