Russia: Regulator approves national roaming in Crimea

Russian federal competition regulator FAS announced that national roaming and technological roaming services provided by Russian operators in Crimea are grounded, reports Prime citing a statement from the regulator.

    Sergey Aksyonov, the head of the Crimea regional government, had earlier announced that roaming services should be abolished in the region in order to reduce the cost of telecommunications services.
