Strauss Coffee, a subsidiary of Strauss Group Ltd., has acquired Le Café and Instanta, according to reports. Strauss Coffee purchased an additional 49 percent in the companies for $13.4 million. According to Strauss, the deal remains subject to antitrust authorities in Russia. Strauss first acquired a majority stake in the two coffee companies in 2010.
