SFR unit fined 2 million euros for pricing practices

The Autorité de la concurrence handed down a 2 million euro fine to SRR, a unit of mobile service provider SFR owned by Vivendi. The antitrust watchdog found that SRR had charged different prices for calls and text messages made outside of the network in French islands Reunion and Mayotte, as opposed to those made inside the network. This violated the terms of a 2009 order to charge the same prices.
