Shopping mall settlement for Melisron’s takeover of British Israel approved by tribunal
Following a court-approved settlement, Israel’s Antitrust Authority has approved Melisron’s takeover of British Israel. Restriction of Trade Tribunal Judge Nava Ben-Or gave her approval to the settlement which allows Melisron to keep the Grand Canyon Mall in Haifa, but requires giving up the North Mall in Nahariya, the Hadar Mall Jerusalem, and the Harel Mall in Mevasseret Zion.
